"We visited Cincinnati for the weekend and this apartment was in a perfect location! It’s just over the bridge in Covington and it’s walking distance to cute shops and plenty of great restaurants and bars. I highly recommend making reservations at Mamas on Main! The apartment was very clean and decorated so cute. If we’re back in town, we’d love to stay here again! "We loved the room, and the view, and the proximity to the river and GAB. The construction all around was odious, but certainly not the fault of the hotel. Oddly, the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan ~ but it was BIG, and that is so nice! I am so tired of bathrooms with the same dimensions as my broom closet at home! the entire living space was wonderfully expansive>>>lots of room for our stuff, lounging around. King beds are a must, and this one was pretty comfortable~!"

"The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive."
