"Unique property. The motor inn section was older and the rooms are very basic but well maintained and the price was incredibly reasonable. I loved the wallpaper in the room, it definitely fit the Publick house brand. It was nice to be able to grab coffee and a pastry on my way out in the morning. An outstanding value if you are just looking for basic accommodations."

"The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean and pleasant for a few days stay. The location in route 9 is convenient for Worcester and other locations in central Massachusetts.
There was a notice in the bathroom saying housekeeping would be done every other day but we did not get any housekeeping while we were there. We came back to unmade bed and dirty towels.
The blackout drapes also do not close properly or cover the edges of the windows effectively so the room is very bright at...

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."
