The pullout couch was good, as long as you sleep with your head at the foot end because the mattress sloped down at the head end."

"The house is as advertised… old, creaky, and crooked. It was warm and comfortable. My only complaint is the kitchen. There were very few pots and pans, only 3 forks & 3 spoons in the utensils drawer, and just not thoughtfully stocked. We messaged the owner because the faucet was extremely loose, and we got a quick reply that he would have someone look at later. It is definitely in need of some TLC. The downstairs apartment is cozy and quaint. A great little space. "
