Entertain, Celebrate, Relax in Period Luxury Barn - Perfect for family groups

  • Soak up the historic charm amid modern comforts at this beautiful converted barn that dates back to the 17th century and has been stylishly updated for 21st century living.

    The perfect venue for entertaining. With 8 bedrooms, an annex, heated pool, hot tub, children's tree house, enclosed garden, tennis/basketball court, Mahiki bar, BBQ, outdoor dining, sunken trampoline and more.

    Ideal for family gatherings, weekend getaways, as a base while getting married or to simply relax and enjoy!

    The ground floor has a large entrance hall, open plan fitted kitchen, living and dining area with a projector, built in Sonos speakers, Yamaha piano and French doors that open to the garden.

    There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor each with en-suites, one with twin beds, one with bunk beds, a king bedroom and one room with a sofa bed.
    Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms, two rooms are en-suite, the others share a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a super-king bed, family bathroom and a walk in dressing room.

    The annex is separate from the main house and is self contained studio. It has it's own bathroom, kitchenette and can sleep up to four people on the king size bed and sofa bed.

    Below the annex we have an additional kitchen, perfect for caterers or to use as an additional space to prep food.

    The garden is private and enclosed with a heated swimming pool (open mid April thru to mid October. Here we have a Mahiki style pool bar with sink, fridge and BBQ. There is also a large al-fresco dining space under the pergola.

    Other garden features: Hot tub / Tennis / basketball / football court / children's play area with treehouse / sunken trampoline /

    The house is perfect for groups of up to 21 guests including family gatherings, celebrations, events, corporate meetings, workshops and retreats. Please note our place is not suitable for more than 35 people at any one time.

Fabulous large estate could accommodate the entire wedding party. Historical property with great location near Windsor Castle and Heathrow. Amazing kitchen and amenities.

Great trip with friends for some golf

We had 6 friends visiting from the US for 3 days of golf. The house worked very well including to host a group dinner for 12 people total. While you could walk about a half mile to Taplow the location is a bit in the countryside so be prepared to travel by car for most things. We would absolutely rent this home again and it served us well for this trip.

Great place for a family gathering

We went with four families (youngest child 11, oldest 16) to the Tithe Barn in the summer. We had such a great time. Although there’s plenty to do locally, with Cliveden, the lakes and Windsor/Eton nearby, there’s so much to do in the house that we hardly left the place. Pool, hot tub, space for football and cricket and football. And a tiki bar! Recommend!

A perfect place for our family to come togethwe for our Wessing

The property is lovely for families. We had 15 in our party for our Wedding Celebrations.We chose this house for its facilities and because, our family members were flying into Heathrow and driving down from the Midlands.We played Football, Tennis Basketball and Hide and.seek on our first night. We prepared and, ate a meal at the table. The beds were very, very comfortable. On Saturday we went into Maidenhead.for.the Wedding Ceremony but spent the afternoon eating, relaxing in the garden, the pool and playing a rather competetive game.of football. Dominoes supplied our evening meal so haapy kids.More relaxing on Sunday with family departing but, all so happy to meet up in such a wonderful setting. Even the weather was wonderful. The house, the garden, and the wonderful facilities will become part of the family folklore for all the right reasons

Wonderful

The barn is a little outside the city and we were traveling with 2 elderly parents so we were not able to use the train and bus systems to reach the barn, but Uber was available and very easy to use! We used Uber every day into to city every day, even to the grocery store which was close enough to walk. We were in a party of 11 and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was wonderful to have the 2 kitchens- made cooking for 11 so much faster.. plenty of dishes, pans and cooking utensils. If we could ever afford to return to London we would definitely stay here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect

Absolutely stunning property with high quality furnishing and fantastic facilities. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family gathering. The pool, hot tub and garden were amazing, and it was lovely to all sit round the huge dining table for dinner each night. Supermarket is very close and the river just a few minutes walk away. The host was very helpful, and quick to answer any queries. Highly recommended.

Fantastic high quality residence in converted barn - a truly lovely venue.

We hosted a large family Christmas gathering at the Tithe Barn in December 2018. In total we had eighteen people there for five nights. The facilities, size and location were all perfect. The host, Berry, has been helpful and VERY patient over the last six months with our inane questions and requests! We could not recommend this property or the host more highly. Thank you! Tim Baker

Absolutely brilliant

This place is ideal for a get together. The layout is perfect and is of a really high standard. We loved having the two kitchens as we used one as a prep kitchen. There are enough amenities for everything, towells, rooms, toiletries, all of top quality. Parking is ample as space is available both sides of the property. Just be aware that the use of all the rooms needs to be clarified as our search on Home Away was for fewer people but when we found this place we did come as more as we were told on the Home Away site the whole place was for our use, sleep 15. We did let the company handling the booking know but it slipped through. The facilities are amazing, the location so easy to get to, the house is not cluttered, which is great, but has all you need. This was worth every penny. We had a family reunion one afternoon and this house and garden could not have worked better.

Stunning Property
