"Great glamping stay close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. We really enjoyed the yurt we stayed in. The AC worked well. The customer service was great as well. The showers were good enough, and it was nice to have provided towels. "

"This duplex was set up very nicely and accommodating. It was a perfect landing spot for my family after a day of adventures. It is in a cute neighborhood! And extremely convenient! I mean everything we needed was within 5 to 10 minutes. It is right off a major street artery I felt. The owner was extremely fast to respond and friendly. We would stay there again. "

"We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. "

"It was a perfect size for the two of us. It was nice to explore Black Canyon and have such a cozy place to come home to after a day of hiking. The town of Montrose was a pleasant surprise and the house was within walking distance of downtown. I would not miss the speakeasy in town. It was quite an experience. "

"The occasion we came together for was a somber one as we were there for my mother’s memorial service but this place provided a comfortable and perfectly located place with so much space. It gave us a place to come Together as family and spend quality time together and create lifelong memories with family we do not get to see very often because we live so far apart. Thank you for giving a place to grieve yet embrace one another. It was perfect for what we needed."

"We stayed here for a three day golf tournament. The house is clean, bright and has great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Montrose. It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing). "

"This was my 2nd time staying here. We loved it! Its off the main path and away from crowds which is why I go to the mountains. There is hiking and lakes right around the house, of you can quickly get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. I'm planning to come back again."

"We loved this home. It is beautifully crafted and was everything we needed for some time away from the city. The wrap around porch was our favorite part and we spent most our time. The creek that runs through the property is calming and was much enjoyed when we went for family walks. The house doesn’t have central AC so it did get hot in the afternoon during the summer but there are two portable window units that cooled rooms efficiently. The large windows in the living room were another...

"The house was just as described with two bedrooms, kitchen and living area. It was comfortable. There is a small back yard that we enjoyed. It backs up to an office but has a tall wooden fence so you would never know. We were able to walk to a nearby brewery. It is a good location to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP"
