This is a very comfortable bedroom, the bathroom is dry and wet, the bedroom and the bathroom have windows, bright, and there is a wardrobe. Computer desk, chair, table lamp, 40-inch Blu-ray TV (Acer), separated Air-conditioning system, wooden floor. The perfect home away from home!
In addition, water dispensers is on second level, refrigerator (LG) can be found on third level, washing machine and a dryer are on the top floor. Outdoor public spaces provide smoking areas and parking areas.
There is a Xiwei Wharf around. When the sea is low tide, there are intertidal zones that can go down and see some small creatures that are ebb tide. Watch the sunset and the sea at dusk and look at the countless stars when it is dark.

這是一間非常讓人感覺舒適的臥室，浴廁乾濕分離，臥室及浴廁各有窗戶，光線明亮，內有衣櫃.電腦桌.椅，檯燈，40吋的藍光電視(宏碁)，分離式冷氣(國際牌)，木地板........，這讓旅人有回到家.放空的感
另外，室內公共空間有二樓梯間一台直立式飲水機(賀眾牌)，三樓梯間有一台冰箱(LG) ，頂樓有一台洗衣機及一台乾衣機(惠而浦)。
室外公共空間提供吸菸區及機車.汽車停放區。
周圍有一座西衛碼頭，當海水退潮時，有潮間帶可以下去走走看看一些退潮的小生物，黃昏時看夕陽下海的美景，天黑時看看數不清的滿天星。
