The space
This newly built, one-story home effortlessly blends modern comfort with luxury. The private master suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed, two nightstands, a 70-inch flat-screen TV, and an espresso machine with a variety of coffee flavors, along with a Keurig offering coffee, hot chocolate, tea and a mini fridge. In the corner, you will find a work station perfect for remote workers. Three large windows fill the room with natural light, providing a beautiful start to your day, while blackout curtains ensure restful sleep at night.
The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, beautiful counter space, and ample storage. Fantastic suite! Super posh and clean, and the bed was so comfy. I haven’t gotten a 92 on my sleep app in months! We had everything we needed and it was so much more homey feeling than a stale hotel room. The outdoor living area and yard was so pawfect. My pup can attest to that. He wouldn’t get in the truck when we were packed up and ready to leave. I would rate our accommodations 100 ⭐️’s if I could. Myself, my hubby, and my Rowdy pup highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay again if we head to that area again……💗

This property is in a beautifully newly and still developing community. It is nice and quiet. Then room was nice and very clean, it looks just like the pictures. And have a nice seating area outside. I did not see any shopping or restaurant, but arrived late in he middle of the night. And did not do any activities in that location. But the host kept in contact and I was able to communicate with them by email or on Vrbo

Extremely clean property in a quiet neighborhood.

As another reviewer stated, this is a partitioned part of a new house in a nice neighborhood. We stayed at this location overnight and considered it a better option than the local hotels. The bedroom and large bathroom were as clean as one can get. The furnishings seemed new and well thought out. It was a very quiet night with no barking dogs nearby. The host had coffee pods stocked for a quick jolt in the morning. Nice!

Nice but Not as listed.

For starters let me say I enjoyed my stay. The place was cute, clean and worked for what I needed. However, the listed is advertised as “entire house” it is not. It would be better classified as an apartment within a home with a private entrance. Secondly, the development is under construction still so if you want to hear crews of workers putting on siding and roofs at 7 am this is the spot for you. That problem will work its self out once construction is complete. Lastly dogs, the host has dogs which is understandable since the ad says dog friendly. What I wasn’t prepared for was 6am barking to commence and not stop for hours, no on tries to quiet them they just bark, I’m sure this is due to all the construction and people moving around outside. Again that problem will work itself out once the development construction is complete. All and all a nice stay. Define not peaceful or relaxing as advertised.
