The hotel exterior was old, there were dead bugs all over the.place, the WiFi didn't work everywhere, no hot water in the morning, my bathroom (Rm 652) floods if you turn on the shower for more than 2 minutes, the in-room intercom did not work. Imaging paying $268 for a hotel room for one night, you get asked to pay for breakfast on checknout and the breakfast spread was nothing to be excited about for extra $25 The only upside about the hotel are the staff who seemed friendly and handicapped when asked about the poor state of the hotel.
