This cottage rests near Dungloe, County Donegal and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

The Mermaid is a superb property resting on the outskirts of Dungloe in County Donegal. It comes with four double bedrooms, together sleeping up to eight people and serviced by ground-floor bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner with woodburning stove, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking and a decked area with furniture. The Mermaid is a wonderful retreat for exploring the delights of County Donegal.

Amenities: Oil central heating with 1 x open fire, 1 woodburning stove (fire in the snug cannot be used). Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Decked garden with furniture and fire pit. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Note: No Stag/Hen parties or similar. Pub within 0.5 miles, shop within 3.6 miles. Please note: Stairs are steep and may not be suitable for persons with limited mobility

Region: The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

Town: The town of Dungloe in Donegal rests just 7.5 miles away from Arranmore Island and 32 miles away from Letterkenny. Within the town you will find a superb selection of amenities including a selection of shops, bars and eating places playing traditional Irish music. Throughout the year the town plays host to a number of events including the 'Mary from Dungloe' festival.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, hervorragend aufgeteilt und geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich in einem Ferienhaus nur wünschen kann und geschmackvoll und wohnlich dekoriert. Der Garten ist groß und wirklich prächtig, und der Blick über die Bucht ist großartig. Den Fernseher bräuchte man daher eigentlich gar nicht, aber auch hier ist die Ausstattung allerbestens mit Netflix und Wii.
