"The room was beautifully decorated. Had a lovely lake view. Breakfast was amazing. We used the spa. There are dressing gown and slippers in room. We had an evening meal which was delicious. There is plenty of parking. The views at the hotel are amazing. We will be back soon."

"Very Friendly and helpful staff, but SERIOUS cleanliness issues. Staff were lovely, but the room fell well short on cleanliness . unvacuumed carpets with plastic fragments and a coin, hairs on the shower floor and pillow, a spider egg sac in the windowsill, and a stained throw.
