"Wow! What a lovely welcome with snacks being left and plenty of options for breakfast, milk in fridge. I travel for work nearly every week and this exceeded my expectations. If I’m ever in the area again I will 100% stay again. "

"Very classy. You have an entire flat.
It is spacious by UK standards.
Kitchen is well appointed.
The inside and outside are restored in fine detail - everything works and everything upscale.
If we were coming for a month, the Ulsterville Residence would’ve been a great apartment from which to travel.
Sound insulation between flats was outstanding - rather unique in an urban setting.
Parking was readily available and very safe.
Neighbors were friendly.
Full marks - across the board."

"A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! "

"Apartment size was ok however felt a little tired. Location was good - very close to the titanic experience and about a 15 min walk to the city centre where hop on hop off buses start their routes. "

"Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … "
