"This is my 3rd time staying here and second time as a family. and every time Ive stayed it has been clean and pleasant. Only a couple run ins with a spider and a wasp. Beyond that we have nothing to complain about and loved the bath!! We will be back again."

"Location to the attractions we wanted to see was perfect! It is a simple place and we liked that feature. I only have a caution to others that if you drive a lower car be careful when parking. Most normal vehicles will have little to no problem."

"My wife really liked the rustic feel of the place and was impressed with how clean it was at the same time. For me, it felt like a retirement property that I’d had for years, it was very welcoming. We didn’t take advantage of the water (kayaks, fishing, etc..) but we had friends over and used the grill to cook. We’d take our dogs outside in the back of the house and there was never any problem. "Very nice and relaxing stay. Property was exactly as listed and did not disappoint at all! Great location the downtown waterloo and about 30 mins away from STL. Accommodations were great and so was Rika! We even ran out of propane on the grill at 10 pm and it was replaced even before we woke up the next morning. Highly recommended, we will be staying there again! "

"The host answered our questions and checked on our needs from very beginning. House clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Bed was comfortable and was such a nice place to stay. We didn’t have children with us but plenty of yard and equipment for children to play. "

"Our family with 3 children 5 and under had a great time. The property is very well maintained with plenty of space inside and outside for the whole family. Everything looks to be newly renovated inside. Very comfortable beds, linens, towels, couches. Tvs in every room. Plenty of animals for the kids to on the property. There were a ton of deer, frogs, squirells, hawks, eagles etc. The kids had fun driving on the gravel road. About 13 horses in a pasture everyday when you turn onto the property....

"From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!"
