  • Piso en el Madrid más castizo:
    El apartamento, se encuentra en un bonito edificio en una calle aledaña a Puerta de Toledo y con vistas a la preciosa iglesia de Virgen de La Paloma. Con tres habitaciones y tres baños (uno de ellos aseo), es perfecto para familias con niños, un grupo de amigos o parejas que quieran compartir un mismo espacio pero con intimidad.

    El piso está en la tercera planta de un edificio CON ascensor

    Servicios y zonas comunes

    El apartamento se compone de:

    * Una habitación con cama de matrimonio (160*200) y baño con ducha.

    * Otras dos habitaciones con dos camas (90 cm x 200 cm) y baño con ducha.

    * Un tercer baño con aseo.

    * Salón comedor con sofá y espacio para comer para 6 personas, TV y balcón a la plaza.

    * Cocina completamente equipada. Incluye lavadora y secadora.

    * Aire acondicionado.

    * Calefacción central.

    * Disponemos de cuna bajo petición, el coste es de 20€ para toda la estancia.Trona 10€.





    Por supuesto, facilitamos sábanas y toallas, y otras cosas como plancha, secador, productos de baño, mapas e ingredientes básicos para la cocina.





    Se proporcionará un juego de toalla de manos y toalla de ducha por persona y estancia de hasta 7 noches. Si se necesitan más, se cobrarán €10 por juegoNo está permitido fumar en el apartamento, en caso de hacerlo se cobrará €100 de penalización.

A perfect apartment for our trip with friends to Madrid. Its location is in a part of the city away from the normal tourist spots but full of interesting shops, beautiful restaurants and cafes and very close to 2 Metro stations. The apartment is well appointed, very clean, comfy beds with views out of the balcony windows above the trees. We did feel that the sofa and seats should be upgraded but overall it was a great place to stay. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient and we would be very happy to stay there again.

Need a regular coffee maker, proper kitchen, utensils including sharp, knives, cutting boards. Would’ve been nice to know there was a washer.Bedrooms were adequate clean and we did spend ample time on the roof, which was awesome

This apartment in Madrid is amazing! We had 5 people and it fit us perfectly. The location is great, close to many things. Grocery store around the corner and bars too. It is also very secure. The washer/dryer was great to have and the clothesline too. The air conditioning worked really well, and the beds are super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this again.

This apartment was perfect for our family. With three adult kids the rooms and beds were just what we needed. The location was very convenient and easy to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place centrally located. We walked to the Plaza de Mayor and found all amenities close to our place. We would definitely stay here again.

Our hosts were fantastic. One of our party of 3 managed to end up in the wrong building (not sure how, the rest of us were fine!) and the host took her call and managed to get her to the right spot. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures - spacious, clean, comfortable and really well located. We walked everywhere. There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We would all stay again and bring our families.

Amazing family stay

Easy walk to metro and dining. Flat was beautiful and met all our family needs! Host provided a map that showed cultural points, local restaurants, and shops.

We had a lovely time in Madrid using this beautiful and comfortable apartment as our home base. We didn’t spend much time there, but when we did, it had everything we wanted.

Fantastic apartment for a family of five. Plenty of room. Nicely appointed. Excellent kitchen and washing machine. Amazing, central location on a quiet street despite being just one block from a main road. Close to all the main attractions in central Madrid. Close to the metro.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Madrid

Good AC, comfortable furniture, plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. The building was charming, and the apartment itself had a feel of old-world luxury with its dark wood details. Good communication with the owners — important for an overseas trip. Thank you!

Excellent Madrid visit

Property was clean and roomy. Great condition. Quiet. Great communication with property manager. A delightful visit. While neighborhood was ok, it lacked charm. many local restaurants were closed.

The flat was in a great location. Construction must have been going on because we heard a lot of work going on at different times of the day. Everything was working, and it was nice to have a little space to relax. I just wish we could have had a fresh set of towels midweek.

A gem in Madrid

The perfect place for a 1st timer in Madrid, Spain. The apartment was spacious, very clean and very well appointed in the center of Madrid. Everything was within a walking distance. Oscar, the owner was the key to everything. The help and instructions he gave us where indispensable and just as timely. The very best! We loved out stay with Oscar and Vanessa. When in Madrid that's where I'm staying. Thank you O&V.
