"First off Tom the property owner was wonderful. Very nice guy!! He gave us some tips on where to go in the area. The first day it rained to we travelled about 40 minutes to an antique mall. It had 5 floors and certainly worth the stop. Other days we travelled to Small Falls which was very beautiful. The Cabin is certainly in a pretty spot. There is Lake Porter just a 4-minute walk away. Remee, our four-legged girl went everywhere with us. So my recommendation is travel around but also plan...

"Book this house, you will not regret it! We rented this for our youngest daughter's Colby graduation. Amy is very responsive and so easy to deal with. While the pictures of the home look great on line, they do not do it justice. First of, it was spotless when we checked in. It is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need or want. There is a charming path down to the beach area where Amy had laid up wood for us in the firepit and there are lots of chairs...

"My wife and I are big fans of Maine Cabin Masters, which brought us to Maine for the lake cabin experience. It was exactly what we were looking for and accurately presented on the VRBO site. It was great, even including the ladder up to the loft for bed each night. Extremely good host and good location. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was our third year in a row spending most of August at the wonderful Loons nest! Brent and Sarah are great and responsive hosts. The views and water are incomparable and the cabin itself has all of the modern conveniences while maintaining a rustic charm. It is one of our favorite places in the world and hope to be back next year!"

"Finding the house took some scouting. The Alley was not marked. Once we got to the house. we were surprised how quiet it was. Loved the hardwood floors. Only More dishes would have been nice. Place settings for 4 when we had 5."

"I needed a quiet, safe place to stay while I had some business in Belgrade. This was such a sweet little spot, with great cove access, amd the bedroom had a great view of the water. This is a small, simple place that was well-appointed and absolutely spotless- a perfect hideaway!"

"The property was just as explained in the description. The host is very friendly and inquired on any needs we may have had when we arrived. The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. "

"We really enjoyed the property. The interior was nicely updated. The fire pit on the shore was perfect. The ride to Sugarloaf was a little further than expected but the coziness of camp made up for it. Will definitely consider another stay at this property."

"Property was exactly as listed - view of the lake from the deck and living rooms was beautiful. Host was very available and responsive. We had a wonderful time - there were 3 generations of our family with up to 14 members staying at the home. We also hosted a larger family get-together with an additional 10 people for an afternoon with permission from the host. Everyone was impressed with the house, property, lake views, deck and dock. Four of our young adult cousins stayed in the log cabin...

"Cozy House is wonderful! We try to stay here every time we visit Waterville. Great location for us and the house is spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Andrea is a kind and responsive super host. "

"We were unfortunate that it rained on the first day we were there but we enjoyed our stay overall. The property is clean. The basic necessities were provided. It was quiet and the directions to the property were on point. I just have a comment that the TV can use some updating as it doesn't play the other streaming apps except for Netflix but other than that we look forward to staying there again in the future."
