"First, the staff is amazing. We were greeted as Expedia members, which rarely happens, and given an upgrade as well as a little gift bag. There is no shortage of staff, either as there always seemed to be someone to help, even with a busy lobby at check-in/out. Second, the rooms were great! Comfy, clean, and well-appointed. "I’ve stayed here a few times. I love the rooms, spacious king sized beds are soft and comfortable. The bartenders are friendly and fun. Everybody that works the front desk is friendly. I live in Seattle now so I don’t need to stay in a hotel anymore but I highly recommend this spot to my friends."
