Little Shore Lodge is the PERFECT way to escape. 
A gorgeous, large waterfront home that’s spacious, clean, perfect for entertaining, and ideally located all 4 seasons of the year.
4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with an abundance of common space that accommodates up to 10 people.

A private beach, private dock, 2 large decks overlooking the water with a gas grill, kayaks, canoes, paddle board, fire pit, and lawn games while being located within beautiful Eidelweiss Village and proximal to all the activities and stores in the White Mountain Valley make this space the ideal escape, suitable for multiple families and large groups in every season.

Upstairs: Open floor plan... Living room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with whatever a seasoned cook may need, large kitchen table, screened-in porch, den/office with television, master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, another bedroom with a full bed and attached full bathroom. Large deck overlooking the water with a grill.

Downstairs: Large kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, and another kitchen table, a large living room with a television and that opens up to the hot tub and walk out deck, a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a twin and a set of bunk beds, a full bathroom, and washer & dryer.

This beautiful home on quiet Pea Porridge Pond is nestled in the heart of the White Mountain Valley between the ski mountains and lake region. When you are not relaxing on your private beach or the 5 other beaches and parks in the neighborhood, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, enjoying the wildlife, playing lawn games, shooting basketball, snow shoeing, ice fishing, and ice skating, there are endless activities in the vicinity. Check out the miles of breathtaking hiking trails, mountain biking & climbing areas. The town of Madison boasts the largest boulder in North America, 5 minutes from the house. Silver Lake with motorboat rentals is right down the road. Kayak or tube down the Saco River. Jump on the Kancamagus Highway or snow mobile highway easily accessed down the street. 5 miles from King Pine, 8 miles to Cranmore, 11 miles to Attitash, and within driving distance to Wildcat, Bretton Woods, and Loon Mountain. Story Land, Santa's Village, Pirate's Cove Mini Golf, and a number of activities for children are in the area. Right down the road from fabulous restaurants & cute storefronts, Conway Scenic Railway, Heritage House of NH, and Settler's Green Outlet Village. There is honestly something for everyone to make this getaway the vacation you deserve, no matter the time of year.

Perfect House

Little Shore Lodge was the perfect house for us. Plenty of space to spread out and have alone time in addition to having enough space to gather as a group. Lots of fun stuff for the kids too. Can’t wait to come back again.

Great location, loved being close to North Conway & loved being able to use the canoes & kayaks on the pond! Loved the water front property. Overall we had a good stay, basement a little musty smelling (dehumidifier might help), & just wished the floors were a bit cleaner when we arrived.

Perfection

Rented for a weekend getaway with some friends. The place was perfect, and the hosts had little personal touches like a welcome sign and hand written lists of information on the fridge (such as places to eat, fun destinations, etc) We made use of the hot tub, the two different living rooms, as well as the porches. It was perfect place to stay for our trip floating down the Saco. 10/10 would recommend!

Great house in a community setting

We had a great stay. The pond is lovely and the house very clean and comfortable. It stated there was a queen bed but we didn’t think it was a queen. The king bed room is great! We didn’t use the downstairs but you could certainly pack in another family downstairs. Lots of cooking materials in the kitchen. The pond community was busy, so if you’re looking for a quiet getaway then this may not be for you. Multiple kayaks are available, including kids sizes. Only disappointment was the dock wasn’t in and it was Memorial Day weekend.

Guys weekend getaway

Andrew & Michaela were phenomenal owners with communication, condition of property and amenities. Their attention to detail and all the little touches show great pride in ownership and customer experience. We had such a great stay and will hopefully stay again!

Christmas in Madison, NH

We don’t usually see snow at Christmas time, so we brought the family to New Hampshire to experience a white Christmas. The location of the home was perfect, there were so many amenities for the adults and teens. We ended up having a huge rain storm that lasted the whole day but with all the activities in the home we still had a fun time. We are definitely looking forward to going back and would recommend this home all.

Annual Holiday Getaway With Grandparents

Andrew and Michaela were so accommodating and responded to our questions very quickly. The house could not have been a better place to be snowed in with our family. We felt so cozy and festive. We'd love to go back again!!!

We stayed at this beautiful house for a weekend. House was very clean, well decorated and had all the amenities we need. The house plan is perfect and there is plenty of room for everybody. Our favorite spot was the screened porch during the rain. The hosts are easily accessible to ask questions and get a quick response. We definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful Place to Work, Rest, & Retreat!

Great property! Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out with stunning views from both levels. All four of us were scheduled to work remotely during our week stay. Overall, it went very well! This home had more than enough areas for each of us to work privately as needed and/or congregate for family free time without interrupting each other…wonderful layout! I will say it took a minute to figure out that our cell providers (Sprint/TMobile/LycaMobile) apparently don’t have service at this location. However, it was easily overcome by connecting each of our cell phones to the WiFi network and after we did that, we made & received calls easily with no issues via WiFi calling. We utilized the canoes, paddleboards, cooked, watched movies late into the night, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves throughout the week. The beds were comfy and the showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water to go around. Although we only had one vehicle, we could see there would be plenty of parking if you need it. This is a truly special spot. The hosts were responsive and incredibly friendly! The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival…this I appreciated tremendously.

Relaxing getaway at a great location

The property was beautiful, and the proximity to stores and restaurants was really nice. We enjoyed the two porches and lake views every morning and evening. It had a nice sandy swimming area for our kids. The communication with the host was also fantastic.

All about the kids

This property looks exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our extended family 5 adults, 2 kids. The beach though small was perfect for our granddaughters ages 6 and 4. The kayaks and canoe were a big hit for everyone, the pond is so nice no motor boats that I saw. We loved the modern kitchen and two refrigerators so handy for our meals and drinks. Would definitely rent this place again.

Awesome property!

This lakeside property was perfect for our group! We rented it to take our daughter, son-in-law and two year grandson on a family vacation. The upper and lower decks were ideal because friends came to visit for both of us and there was plenty of room keeping the “younger” groups in the lower level. We are together, the pond was great for the children, the boating equipment was used everyday. In addition to swimming, we hiked and enjoyed the surrounding beauty of nature at local spots like Diana’s Baths. There was so many local attractions like Storyland but we stayed outdoors because my grandson has not yet been vaccinated. Loved the place and the owners, Andrew and Michaela were so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Perfect quiet getaway!

Thank for opening your home to our families! The kids loved fishing right off the dock, where my 10 year old daughter caught a whopper 5lb largemouth bass! She out fished everyone this trip. Paddle boarding, kayaking, nature watching or just relaxing on the amazing deck. The beds were hotel quality. The open floor plan allowed us to all hang out together. It was simply perfect!

Amazing Property!

The house was in a great location! It was perfectly situated on the lake and had ample parking and space for our large group! We had a great time having our morning coffee on the large deck and sitting around the fire at night. The house was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, the cleaning crew did a great job, and the host was so kind and informative. We will definitely be back!

Great winter vacation with family

House was in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood, but just a short drive to a North Conway. We were able to enjoy the ski mountains and skating on the lake. The hot tub was perfect for apres ski. Big enough for 6 or more adults.

Amazing house with all the amenities!

Highly recommend staying here! We had the best time at Andrew and Michaela's place which exceeded our expectations! They both did such a great job not only decorating and making this feel like the perfect winter getaway house, but they made sure that you had all of the essentials! Some rentals remove all the spices, coffee filters, etc after each renter so you have to start from scratch but Michaela and Andrew made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of space, beautiful interior, much needed hot tub, no issues with hot water even though there were multiple of us who were showering one after another and incredible communication between the hosts and us. I would highly recommend staying here and am looking forward to hoping renting again in the summer when we are able to take advantage of the fire pit and lake. 5 starts!
