"I spent the week and not once did the cleaning staff check the room or even offer fresh towels. For the price and if you've got a week of destinations, its fine for sleeping until the rooster crows in the 5am hour. The island is a neat destination. If the owner if the Castle owns this resort, please put some money into this little gem. An update and staff are all it needs."

"The property is clean, safe, and the owner is attentive and responds quickly. We had peaceful nights throughout. The only thing I would recommend is to get dinner and drinks before you go in for the evening because there is no restaurant or bar on property. Nothing is super close so plan accordingly. We asked for a microwave and they brought us one right away which was helpful. I would recommend to stay"

The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. "Sand castle was a small but beautiful resort. We got told many of times they have the best beach on the island and from what we seen I believe it. Nice sandy beach with chairs, umbrellas, chair covers and towels. They had everything we needed. It was close to things and not hard to navigate. The beds awe the beds were amazingly comfortable.
