"You must pay to have the shuttle pick you up to bring to hotel from the airport. Then they will say its free for drop off but when you go in person to arrange the drop off they will try to charge you 300peso. The water faucet for the bathtub wouldn't turn on so we had to use the shower which is fine but wouldve been nice to be able to utilize the tub. The room was pretty clean but i do think they didn't change the sheets between stays as i found hair and marks on pillows. The third party shuttle...

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing and very helpful . I wish every hotel had staff like this! Restaurants offered delicious food. Friday buffet with life music was a highlight of our stay. The spa was great. The pool was closed due to the construction. "

However when I asked to be placed on a room not close to the road, I was told standard room is located where the road is which she assumed that it was listed on the description. First room they gave us , the a/c was not working. They gave us the next room which is mallee and the sink wasn’t draining properly. "

"Overall not bad. But quite loud, bring earplugs as you can hear everything outside. Quite a few ants also in the kitchen/bathroom.. to be expected to an extent but haven’t noticed this in other accommodations so far. Fine for a short stay if flying in/out"

"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a wonderful time! I enjoyed the breakfast and the access to drinking water in the hall was a huge bonus. The airport pickup was seamless too. I was picked up right as soon as I had gone outside which is very fast."
