"Bed was super comfortable !it’s a condo and Neighbor got quite noisy one night , nice park right behind this condo , couple things need Fixing , which mentioned to the owner except I forgot to mention the blinds in the bedroom need replacing ( broken pieces left clear views in) . Overall great for the price "

"We chose Donna's home for a birthday party where we needed room for more people than I wanted in my own home. The house is so cute and was perfect for the party. Donna was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will hopefully use this home again in the future. "

"From the cute front steps to the awesome back deck & fenced in yard - this place had everything we needed. Thoughtful towels at the back door for dirty paws, fireflies giving us a show at night. Quaint, clean, close to town. Only negative is the road noise at all hours - would suggest black out shades in the bedrooms, otherwise it was a great stay!"

"This was the perfect house. Yeah the one tv had us kinda fighting over lol but Peoria definitely had us and the kids busy. They absolutely loved the surprise addition of the park which was actually not listed in the photos, so that was great. "

"House was very clean and cozy. Owner was very responsive and in a timely manner.Didn't have outdoor seating as pictured. Remodel is very pretty. Left little guest bags for us.Mix up about the bathrooms. It is 1.5 not 2. Since that was my search feature I was very disappointed. Joseph was apologetic and very polite. Lacked a few desired items: extra blankets (plenty of towels!), hooks in living room and bedroom, an iron and ironing board. Little things that I'm sure will be rectified with time. ...

"The property was very nice and the host was very nice and helpful. Only minor setback was availability of plug ins in the bedroom. Needed an extension cord or power strip out to be usable. House was extremely clean and had all we needed. I highly recommend the property if you are needing a place to stay in Peoria heights. "

"Clean, small little house. They should have mentioned in the listing about the ridiculously steep stairs to the upstairs / attic bedroom. They are not really safe for anyone that is remotely unsteady on their feet. No curb appeal, the lawn was overgrown and trash can was still at the curb. "

It was actually an upstairs apartment with outside access & steep stairs to take your luggage up.
