"Lets start by pulling in, the parking is cramped. The property is functional but old. The staff was very nice. The elevator was broken and I was put on third floor. The hallways including the stairwell smelled very strongly of the devils lettuce. Hallways and stairwells very dingy and not well taken care of. The room was very outdated but HVAC and TV worked fine. All and all everything is functional for me traveling by myself, had I had anyone with me I would have chosen someplace else. Just...

"Breakfast buffet was top notch though a little pricey. Server recommended it (over our preference to order off the menu) since the kitchen was at least 20 minutes behind (and it didn’t seem that busy). Also had trouble getting any coffee to us - another server finally got our cups filled when we were almost done eating. Property is a nice, long-term one. No choice but use of valet parking, which is $50 a night! Elevators run somewhat slowly compared to other properties we’re familiar with. Room...

However, the staff did not provide any guidance about which floors the designated parking spots are located on. We were assigned to Room #216, which is next to the laundry room, even though other rooms appeared to be available. I could barely sleep all night because of the noise from the laundry room."

Given another room...no toilet paper....short towels. Overheard guests at the desk given card keys that didn't work....no working lights in bathroom...most common areas at this hotel were dirty and unpresentable."
