"This house was wonderful for our 10th annual ski trip with friends and family. It has plenty of space, it is well stocked with things you would have to bring to other homes and the host was a good communicator. The driveway is flat and pretty easy to negotiate even in bad weqther."

"Everything from the communication with the host to the fine details of amenities and essentials were all thought out well. The game room garage was great for the rainy days we had. The covered patio next the koi pond was our main hang with some wine / a good book!!Great energy even my 4 & 7 year old were very relaxed and chill at this property.Thank you for an enjoyable stay with great location."

"Six of us attended a concert and chose to stay in the area rather than driving an hour home. It was perfect to chitchat around the kitchen table. Would love to book it again for a longer stay to utilize the fire pit and game room. "

"The Timberline lodge was an excellent place to stay for our weekend getaway. Very short drive, or 10 minute walk to all the attractions downtown. Ellicottville is a cool place to eat, shop and day drinking "

"It’s like being in a house and you can hear others when they are being loud especially on 2nd floor, near common area, but fun if you like to be social with other guests. We had a nice stay. Building is a bit older so has its rustic feel and signs of age in certain areas. Overall, based on location, convenience and price we would stay again. "
