"This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable."

"Our host was wonderful to work with, A. Such a unique and beautiful property, we loved it. Super clean and comfortable, it was all we could ask for. The river was a little low for us to use our kayaks, but it was an easy drive over to Rushford Lake. The property is great to walk around and we also hiked along the river. Would highly recommend."

"We thin k this was our 7th or 8th stay at this location - we love the area and the quiet .... the weather was perfect. You are close to Ellicottville and away in the country at the same time ...."

"House is very nice. Lots of SPACE Beds are comfortable and the entire house is clean Host, Brad was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We played a lot of games and a card table would be nice. Also written instructions and a broadcast guide forthe TV would be very helpful. "

"Sherri was extremely helpful during the booking process. The home is immaculate and beautifully designed. The game room, fire pit, and outdoor grills added even more to our wonderful experience. We’d love to stay here again! "

"The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year"

"We had a great couple night stay that was very relaxing in a last minute booking for a birthday. Host was good with communication and check-in and check-out were very easy.The home is nice and secluded and very clean. We especially enjoyed the back screened-in porch where you can enjoy a chorus of bird song from the ravine. Of special note we had fox and Barred Owl calling at night. The beds, and really all the furniture, were very comfortable. We brought a meal to cook in one night and had...

"Annual tr(Ale) Cru weekend (centered around a day hike, then a brewery) with 11 family members, ages 22-63. “Looney Rooms” was the best rental we have used. Plenty of space, in town but with a nice buffer to neighbors, and a really cool decor. Will definitely be back. "
