"Received an upgrade from an Executive Studio to a 2 bedroom apartment with Mountain views. Much appreciated! It’s a fairly new building so everything is in great working order. It’s close to restaurants, shops and only a 20min walk to the airport. There are dedicated parking spaces in front of the building but be early to grab one of these. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Das Hotel ist etwa 15 Minuten oder ca. 7 Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Hotel befindet sich neben dem Flughafen und hat um das Hotel herum nicht viel zu bieten. Dennoch ist es ein schönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Für Geschäftsreisende perfekt, für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Queenstown würde ich eher ein Hotel in der Stadt empfehlen"

"Disappointed with our stay and won’t stay again. Room felt grubby & shabby. Basic cleaning hadn’t be done -sticky drink rings on bedside cabinet, poorly vacuumed floor, dirty cushions & grubby bathroom. Check in staff not friendly or welcoming.Requested king bed but got two single beds.No remote for Tv had to request one."

"The location was great - 3-5min walk from the wharf - it wasn’t busy or noisy which was great . The furniture was tired, the carpet dirty - an attempt was made to mask the smell with deodorant spray and the bathroom was terrible- cracked sink with mould around the plug, all the silicon was mouldy, the bathroom door swollen from water damage and the towels were torn . Positively though the bed was comfortable. "

"My wife and I took a hotel room at the Oaks Queenstown for six nights on the occasion of a family wedding in Queenstown. We found the room to be spacious with a king bed (two singles pushed together), a table and two comfortable chairs. The bathroom was well equipped. One interesting feature was the mirror, which was backlit but which also had a small heated area in the middle of the mirror to disperse steam and allow a clear view for hairdressing etc. Housekeeping was timely and adequate, ...
