I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. "Needed a quick local spot when a power outage hit my area in Morristown. Archer Hotel Florham Park was the perfect crash pad just minutes away. The property is beautiful and modern. My room was spotless—super clean bedroom and bathroom, with a spacious living area and kitchenette that made the short stay feel comfortable and homey. Loved the spacious gym and got to enjoy the indoor pool too. Great way to keep my routine going. Their bar has a solid vibe with a decent food menu—nothing fancy...

"It was a very nice place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The light shades were a little difficult to operate because we didn’t know how to do it. Perhaps it was on the information paper you gave me. The pool was a little too warm, but don’t know if you could do anything about that in this heat. We would definitely stay there again."

I didn’t bring it to their attention because my hearing is bad, just take out my hearing aids at night, and I couldn’t hear it. And I didn’t want to move rooms. I did bring it to their attention upon leaving, and I hope it’s fixed for the next guest."

They put us on the top floor, but there was also a heat wave so heat was rising in the hotel so it wasn’t very cool so it was an ideal the upgrade we asked for a fan and the property did not have a fan for us on the second night of our stay there was a storm in New Jersey and the hotel completely lost power so we had to check out a day early and stay overnight with no electricity or cooling realize that is an act...

"AC did not work, elevator only worked going down, not up to the floor room was on. Phones did not work. Calling phone line from cellphone also did not work. Breakfast was not good. Was not told about or provided with breakfast voucher which I paid for through reservation, until I went to the restaurant and was asked for my voucher. Check-in took long... I asked for two spoons from the front desk and they only had one spoon..."

"Bathtubs are very slippery and narrow so if you step on the rounded edges you slip. Needs a bath mat put in for safety . Beds are high off the floor makes it difficult for shorter and handicapped people.There is no elevator to get to the 2 floor. They didn’t mention it till after we got the room."
