"This place is quiet, near downtown Starke, surrounding lakes and the airport in Gainesville. The owner responded to questions I might have quickly. Everything is new and the place is so cozy. This place is only 10 minutes from my daughter and it worked out great for us since we were down for a graduation. I cannot wait to rent this place again. "

"We were in town for my son's graduation. As such, we were looking for a place that could accommodate three families coming together so celebrate his achievement. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample sleeping quarters and the game room with the pool table and the sun room allowed everyone to spread out, but still remain connected to the happenings taking place in the living room and kitchen. "We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. "

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

"Really, really nice! Quite surprised at the spaciousness, the general accommodations, the amenities (soaps, shampoos, grill w/ full propane, pool toys, kitchenware, cooking supplies)! Very clever door lock system and password control. Cleanliness and orderliness were well above expectations!"
