"The absolute worst rental property I have ever rented! From the moment we arrived, the condition of the home was far below expectations. There was a strong pet odor throughout the house, visible bugs and spiders, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made the space feel unsanitary. "Excelente hotel. Desde que entras se siente muy limpio y con un aroma agradable. Las habitaciones están muy bien cuidadas, cómodas y limpias. Me encantó que cuentan con cocina y buenas amenidades, lo que hace la estadía mucho más cómoda. Definitivamente es un lugar agradable y bien mantenido. Muy céntrico. Lo recomiendo."

"The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."

"Excellent communication with the host, very responsive. Easy check in. Amenities are appropriate for the price point. Quiet, Clean and orderly. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own pillows and a blanket for the bed as the ones there are lightweight and thin. Good otherwise. Thank you for a pleasant stay! "

"The space was exactly how described. The host wasted no time pointing us to the entrance, and is very friendly. It was reasonably priced and we would stay here again if we found ourself near South Jacksonville again. This is an upstairs loft style setup so you will have to go up a short flight of stairs, maybe six to eight. The walk from the parking area to the entrance was all about 100 ft so very convenient.
