"The house was everything that was stated on the website. It was beautiful!!! Very well preserved. The host was very quick to respond with recommendations and answer any question that we had. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again."

"The house was cute! Spacious enough for 4 adults and a service dog to stay comfortably ! The owners were gracious and let our friends and her service dog stay with us! The driveway was a bit tricky to find at first, its right there as you round the curve.. a heads-up would have been nice, but once we found it, it was fairly easy to return to! The owners(?) do live across the driveway, and there was someone staying in the upstairs of the house we stayed in, although it could have been a separate...

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay here from Bill’s attentive and quick responses, to every small accomadation he made to ensure my check in and check out was smooth and in Line with my schedule. The property was spotless and I felt like I was at home! I loved the overall layout of the home and at this point I’m almost ready to move back to Little Rock off of the strength of how wonderful the stay was. I definitely look forward to booking more stays here as I visit Little Rock. "

"Very cozy, comfortable, and clean place to stay in a beautiful area in the hills near Little Rock. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. The location was conveniently located within a short drive to everywhere we needed to go for the wedding we had traveled to Arkansas to attend. "

"We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...

"We had a wonderful stay, the accommodations were just as advertised. Our host had the most fabulous breakfasts for us each morning! Kitchen was fully stocked to cook our own meals. The garden was adorable!"

"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"The cottage was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was only about 10 minutes away from the airport and check in was super easy. My host, Susan, was wonderful about getting back to me if I had any questions and actually lives on the property which made me feel very safe. My stay also included a nice complementary breakfast which was delivered to my room in the morning. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

Every aspect of the rental was accommodating from plenty of hot water to working appliances and floor that did not creak! We would encourage any traveler to rent this property."
