"Perfectly clean and adorable little house in a great location. The host was wonderful and very responsive. I wish there would have been a dresser or hangers for clothing and there is no bbq but we brought a small, portable and disposable grill that worked like a charm. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The host, Robin, is professional and so very kind. This property is well maintained and beautiful. Loved watching the birds and barges going up and down the river. We will visit again here. Thank you Robin for sharing your guesthouse with others to enjoy the beauty of the Arkansas River. "

"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."

"My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience. "

"We can't say enough about this property. Space, space, and more space. Beautiful, clean, hugh yard for the dogs, nice neighborhood, comfortable, homey, nice clean grill for cooking. We are keeping this one on our favorites list for the next time we are traveling to Little Rock. Bonus is the Baby Grand Piano!"
