"Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. During check out, that was around 6:30am, again there was NO ONE in the FRONT DESK, so again we just leave our Keys there since nobody was there again..It was also “Brown...

"The photos online looked really great but in actual, it was an okay place to sleep. I felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed. Not a soft one to lie down. But I still slept okay even my back hurts a little bit. At first, they gave us a room that the aircon was not cold. The television has no wifi. So we have to moved to another room that felt fine. They are doing what they're supposed to do to customers like us. The water bottles are limited everyday. Only one water bottle is given free...
