Alway smiling and courteous.. The morning breakfast was always good, and I really enjoyed the 24 hour coffee. My only complaint is about the maintenance of the room. "We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It being connected to the Middleton Place grounds was great. We walked the paths and saw so much wildlife. The hotel was also a treat as it has great views of the Ashley River and the marsh areas across the river. We will go back again."

"The outdoor of the property was very clean. Except for my room it had a very high smell of urine and dog hairs on the carpet. Also one of The under cupboard handle was broken. I spoke to a young man by the front desk and he says he would have sent a maintenance man but no one came.. house keeping cleaned the room on the second day a the high urine spell wasn’t as high anymore. Other than that the hotel was ok."

"Stayed for 4 days and felt right at home. Kitchen fully supplied with dish soap, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot and large refrigerator. Nice separate sitting area for early bird to retreat to so that others could sleep in. Only thing I would want would be a firmer mattress, but still had a good night sleep."
