"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked in around 11:00 after driving for over twelve hours. The room we rented the shower did not work and had cockroaches in the tub. They gave us another room which was no better than the first except the shower worked. Someone should inspect these hotels before you list them . This was the 2nd hotel out of the 4 that were unacceptable . The Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill was the best."

"I’ll start by saying The Lodge operates best when Leveena is working the front desk. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk. One night it took nearly two hours for someone to be available to bring me ice. The restaurant next door suffered through similar staffing...

"I’ve been trying to find the perfect spot to stay while I work in SF 4 days a month. This is it! The carriage house was phenomenal! Softest towels and bedding. I forgot my pillow but theirs was better. The parking was amazing! Gated/protected. Oh and the 2 kinds of jasmine and honeysuckle in bloom welcome you to your room. This place is FANTASTIC!"
