Located in the heart of Lytham St Annes, our holiday accommodation offers a central location on the high street, making it convenient for guests to explore the area and enjoy all that it has to offer.

The exceptionally spacious accommodation boasts five bedrooms, including two double rooms, two twin rooms, and one single room. Additionally, the accommodation features a large lounge, kitchen diner, and two bathrooms, providing ample space for families, groups of friends or those working away from home to relax and unwind.

Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options just minutes away from the accommodation, ranging from casual cafes, fine dining restaurants to excellent bars. The high street also offers a diverse range of shops, providing ample opportunities for retail therapy.

The accommodation is also conveniently located close to the beach. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the promenade or take a dip in the sea during the summer months. Additionally, the accommodation offers parking at the rear, providing guests with a secure and convenient place to park their vehicles. Got there, our car park was occupied.Took 5 minutes to get in , because door key was bent, eventually had to call a locksmith the next day to get it fixed.When entering the heating was not on.Took 2 hours to warm up.No toilet paper.And last but not least, the tv wasn’t working correctly

Large apartment

Everything was good and excellent location Howevet an alarm went off early on our first night and despite contacting the agent - this went on all night! Ruined our first night of 2. Still waiting to hear about my request for some compensation!

Weekend Break

Flat in great location with parking unfortunately no access from rear of property. So you have to walk all round the building with luggage etc. Upstairs showroom could do with some TLC. Rooms were a good size and comfortable beds.

The property was a great size for a family get-together. Comfortable beds and spacious living room. Located right on the high street so easy access to cafes, bars and shops.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Lytham

Excellent all round. Extended family joined together for Christmas. Excellent sized bedrooms, and living room. Plenty of bathrooms / toilets. Good sized kitchen and all spread over 2 floors so you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Lively Lytham has lots of good dining places and super independent shops. The apartment however lacks a few basic amenities such as locks on bathrooms and sufficient dining chairs. Some damp in the property and the shower had black mould in it. Light bulbs needin some fittings.
