    House ready to welcome a family for holidays or for business stays.

    Close to the beautiful countryside of Lyon but also 10/15 minutes walk from the metro (Mairie d'Oullins) to get to Lyon Part Dieu (train station) and 2 minutes from the C10 bus stop to go to Bellecour or Vieux Lyon.

    During the heat, you will be comfortable inside as almost the entire house is air-conditioned and you can also enjoy the swimming pool.

    The 130m2 house has:
    - On the first floor: a living/dining room that opens onto an open kitchen. In addition to this is a bedroom (bed 140x190) with plenty of storage space with its own shower room. There is also storage (jackets and shoes at the entrance) as well as toilets.

    - On the 1st floor: A master suite with storage, bed 160x200, with shower room. A bedroom with a bed 140X190. There is a bathroom with toilet upstairs.

    Outside, on a plot of 900m2, there is a salt pool, a small barbecue and a garden table.
