"The host was very welcome and had great communication. The house was clean and decorated for the holidays which we loved. The swing on the porch was a nice addition from last year. This was our second time staying at Hidden Gem and everything was perfect each time "

"This is a lovely cabin surrounded by trees in a peaceful environment. It is convenient to Jasper, AL and therefore it is a short drive to Bankhead National Forest, 20 minutes to Clear Creek Recreation Area, 30 minutes to Smith Lake, 1 hour to Birmingham, and 1.5 to Tuscaloosa. The photos on the listing are great but it’s more beautiful and peaceful in person. "It was a great place to stay and we all enjoyed it so much! Great house, great dock, and just a super fun time. The only negative thing that I could say is we weren’t told that there was an apartment with someone else staying beside us until after we had booked the house, probably wouldn’t have booked it had we known that. But other than that, great stay!"
