"We had a lovely few days at the cottage. It was comfy and cosy and had everything we needed.Jane and Malcolm were lovely, friendly and had lots of free range hens, who our son fell in love with! Perfectly situated for walks or bike rides in the forest, which was literally just out the front door! Just lovely!"

"Easy check in, very clean, spacious, everything you need. Decor a bit tired, dented bins, kitchen cabinets a bit wonky etc, but for the price and location I’d definitely stay again."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Very walkable to many of the tourist areas in Bristol. Other areas such as Clifton bridge were a short Uber ride away. We were able to walk back from there as it was all downhill. Large apartment which made it much more comfortable than a regular hotel."

"Pros: the owner is very accommodating, we arrived pretty late yet he is still happily wait for us and show us around the property. The property itself is very charming with old exposed brick and country furniture but with a twist of modern appliances making my stay as comfortable and homey. The kitchen is complete with everything I need for cooking especially love the tiny compact dishwasher. We wander around the backyard/garden and enjoy morning coffee on the tree house. "A well equipped apartment, with very good, accurate information provided about the accommodation. Really appreciated the breakfast snacks and milk and juice provided. Easy access (walkable) to Stroud town centre. Quiet at night, but - I assume because some other guests were working locally - it was a bit noisy in the mornings with someone banging for quite a while on another apartment’s door before 7am and noise around the bin area even earlier. That said, overall, a good apartment and stay. "

"Central location to shops and pubs. We walked everywhere thats how close our apartment was. We will definitely be returning to Bristol and the apartment. If the one we stopped in isn't available we will see if we can stop.in another. "Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. "

"The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! "
