"Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Beautiful room in a perfect area. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Hotel located a 2 minute walk from the centre of the town and other bigger towns/cities are a short drive or taxi away. Would highly recommend this hotel and this town in general for anyone looking to have a quiet and relaxing holiday."

"Our stay at WOT was excellent… property was clean, the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful- the continental breakfast was great.. the beaches were close by - 5 min drive…and shopping as well - 15 min drive. Also our room had a kitchenette which we loved… with a beautiful spacious patio overlooking the pool.. loved it.."

"Great place to stay, in a fantastic location. Rooms and communal areas were immaculately clean, and the inside/ outside pool worked really well (retractable roof remained closed during our stay). Breakfast nice too."

"Nelson was amazing.. he greeted us and explained the area with best places to visit. He was so kind and brought us delicious pastel de natas!! I highly recommend the Roots apartments, they are immaculate and gave everything you need! "

"We stayed near end of season, atmosphere in the resort was rather tranquil, which we liked. Apartments and public areas are a little worn, but spacey and well-equipped. We even got an upgrade to a suite with a third bedroom (which we did not need as a family of 3, but overall we enjoyed the extra space). For wifi in the room we needed to rent a router, but the price of 1 Euro per day is moderate and quality was perfect. Access to the (public) beach is by a 1500m walk, but there is a small train...

"This place it great and convenient for a quick stop either on a arrival or departure for the airport. We arrived at midnight and it only took 10 minutes to walk from the aiprot doors to the accommodation. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear, but leading up to the arrival, communication between owners/Expedia/myself could have been better as i had to chase all the details. The room itself was neat and clean. We were disappointed not to have a fan in the room as it was extremely hot....

"We were a family of seven adults and six kids ages 7 months to 10 years the villa was equipped with everything we needed also high chair and baby cot games for outdoor play lg pool area plenty sun loungers and beach towels check in and communication was very efficient we only had two minor things we feel could have improved on .the bedding I assume was new for every check in but i personally prefer pillow slips and duvet covers and there was no spare bedding and travelling with kids you never...
