To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Charme, ist geräumig und gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit guter Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Was noch besser sein könnte, ist die Küchenausstattung, z.B. fehlt ein großes scharfes Küchen- (Brot-)messer oder ein Krug/Kanne für Wasser oder Tee... Wir haben uns aber insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt!

Es ist eine Wohnung einfach zum wohlfühlen mit so vielen kleinen Details und die Größe und der Platz einfach beeindruckend. Ruhig und zentral gelegen.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et bien localisé... A améliorer réglage eau de douche, literie trop ferme et code wifi non disponible sur place...obtenu le dernier jour après avoir pu obtenir le bon interlocuteur
