"Absolutely love the house the use of the paddle boat being able to fish out on the dock. House was very well stocked."

"We had a fantastic time, with so much to do outdoors, our 5 boys had no problem falling asleep completely exhausted at the end of the day. It’s a mix between “Glamping” and “camping” the cabin was super cute. Has a full fridge and microwave, with an outdoor grill. There’s no toilets or running water in the cabin, but the main lodge has showers and toilets and a full kitchen to use, and the cabin is like 50 feet from it. We had a blast and the kids have asked to come back here every year from now...

"Quiet location, easy access to lots of Michigan outdoor activities. Wide open space with lots of beds (7-8 beds total, but limited privacy). We were primarily just looking for a place to sleep and it fit the bill perfectly. Billiards table to enjoy. Lots of seating and lots of space if you had a larger group. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Easy to tidy up since it's all linoleum flooring."

"Had a great 2 night stay at this relaxing lakeside cottage. Very clean and nicley decorated. One small issue with not knowing how to operate the shower but Sara took care of it quickly. Had a great time using the paddle boards and paddleboat. Very quick to respond to my many questions about the area and all of the restaurant recommendations were good. Would definitely stay here again. "

"You might want to do more research before you book here. FYI this cabin does not have a bathroom. It is situated on an old Boy Scout Camp, and the bathroom facility is in the main lodge of the camp. There is a cabin within just a couple feet of this one, so there isn’t any privacy. The manager was kind, and since our stay did not match the description of the property, he did work with us to make it right."

"Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and many things to do in the area."

"This house had everything we needed for a friends weekend. The property itself is large so we didn't feel the neighbors right next to us with a bonfire pit plus a great front porch and back deck. Beds were comfortable and kitchen, dining and living room area was spacious for gathering. Would definitely book again."

"Great property and close to Tawas for shopping and Lake Huron. Beautiful sunsets. Loved having a washer and dryer. We were a little disappointed that the Sand Lake access wasn’t closer but it all worked out. We drove to Lake Huron and swam in the Great Lake. "

"My roommate and I came for a weekend of trail riding. This place was perfect! Couldn’t ask for a better location for the trails and local eating/drinking establishments. The place is cozy and clean. Beds were very comfortable! The garage and backyard were such a bonus for hanging out. We will definitely recommend to friends and be back! Nicole was especially nice and responsive to questions. Thanks again! "

"Hosts were exceptionally friendly. Cabin was just what we needed for a girls weekend. Spent a lot of time on the deck watching the kayakers and pontoon boats. Very clean, quiet, and dark at night. "

"Meals out on the deck, hot dogs cooked over a fire, several nice hiking trails nearby. Tricky to find, but clean, secluded, relaxing and comfy bed. Has fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer & dryer. Didn’t use all those myself, but someone else may who reads this review!"

"We all loved our stay, such a beautiful home and amazing property right on the river. Our dog couldn't get enough of playing in the river and we enjoyed floating in tubes from Rifle River park on Greenwood right back to the house in about an hour. Such a great place to vacation!"
