"The "cabin" is a beautiful small house that looks like it was built very recently. Lots of natural light, a big kitchen, and a very private feeling covered patio with a gas fireplace. The loft works ok for sleeping but the ceiling is low up there and it would be greatly improved with some curtains to block the early morning sun - and maybe some privacy curtains as well to separate that space from the rest of the house. The location is great, we loved being able to walk to the coop cafe and it is...

"This place’s view was stunning. The cabin is exactly as pictured and cozy. The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. This place is worth the drive and the hosts who live on site were accommodating but also gave you space. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Powell river area"

"Beautiful property and cute, comfortable little cottage with all the basics! Very small issue was only a rain head shower coming out of the ceiling when not wanting to wash your hair (bring a shower cap) ;)"

"We seriously loved the tree house. Tucked away, in a canopy of lush island forest, we felt we were really hidden away in a jungle in another country.Every detail of the home was aww inspiring.We would recommend this place to anyone going to visit Cortes. "

"The house is stunning. All brand new everything, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Even games for time with the family. They thought of everything! Area is quiet and so relaxing. The covered porch is the best place to sit and listen to the forest. Hosts were super responsive and kind. House is 10 minutes from all amenities. Perfect spot, will come back!"

"It was a pleasant and quiet place to stay with our dog. The accommodation was small yet as advertised. The outdoor common kitchen area needed some improvements -eg- there was no running water in the sink. "

"We had a great week at Kye Bay. The house was great and the area is so good. Such a nice spot near the water to see the tides come in and out. A great morning coffee or evening wine and sunset spot just steps away from the door. Don't worry about the proximity to the airport, its mostly just a few prop planes dropping gliders which is fun to watch. Only one or two larger planes a day. Our family really enjoyed the home and area "
