"Everything was just perfect! My husband and I enjoyed every minute celebrating his milestone birthday. The hotel exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we were happy to hear that we got a free upgrade to a castle suite. We stayed in Catherine Howard room which was huge, had a four poster bed and a rolled bath. "Lovely welcome at reception. Room much larger than anticipated. Bathroom ok but could do with an update or a very good clean. Shower was excellent and towels soft and large! We didnt have breakfast as was visiting family so had breakfast at theirs. Beds clean and comfortable. Maybe the mattress was a little on the soft side for me but then i do prefer a firm mattress.
