Need more and efficient reception staff to facilitate the visitors. Breakfast was good, filled up quickly with varieties of items available. Room and toilets were clean, well maintained. Room had electric kettle and coffee tea options, liked it. Recommended to everyone. will visit again"

"Perfect for overnight stay. Gorgeous, clean bathroom with excellent shower. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast but slightly pricey if just need a quick bite. Easy walk from airport in sun but wouldn’t fancy it in the rain! Just follow signs for Palexpo."

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."

Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Somit für 7 Stunden Schlaf und eine Dusche Perfekt. Preis/Leistung passt. Wer jedoch ein Hotel in Genf für Geschäftliches oder Städtereise braucht gibt es bessere."

"The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable.
