"Our flight was delayed twice, so by the time we arrived it was very late but the security guard was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. The bottles of cold water in the fridge were a relief to see. We had everything we needed, just a shame we didn't have more time to make use of the facilities available."

"The property is in a convenient location, right next to the shopping centre, and is ideal for anyone who wants to stay close to the airport with easy access to shops.
However, the check-in process is not smooth. I stayed here twice for about 7 hours each time during my transit in Malaysia, and on both occasions, my room was changed at short notice. Additionally, the room details I was given for second stay were incorrect—the key was not in the mailbox as instructed. Fortunately, my transit was...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay for Transit Travelers!
I had a great experience at KLIA by Avery. The 24-hour concierge service is incredibly convenient, and the hotel is super close to the airport – only about a 15-minute drive! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to grab a meal or essentials. Highly recommended for anyone with a layover or early flight!"
