"The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc"

"This Villa is a delightful well furnished villa.There were a couple of minor issues we had, but these were resolved quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.The only negative observation we have, although it did NOT affect our visit, is the spiral staircase upto the 3rd bedroom which is rather steep and not suitable for very young or elderly guests. We were a family of three generations totalling 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. "Wir wurden sehr herzlichst von Santiago empfangen. Allgemein war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm mit Dolores und Santiago. Sie waren stets hilfsbereit. Internet hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist vollständig. Es gab viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch schöne Ecken um im Garten oder auf der Terrasse zu verweilen. "Fantastic property with amazing views of the bay below. Lovely outdoor terrace area with good sized pool and BBQ. The interior is beautiful with very well equipped kitchen and living areas (our teenage son loved the gym and the home cinema set-up!). Cotobro beach is accessed via steep steps from the property and Almuñecar is a 25 min walk. Host was really helpful prior to our arrival and Esperanza was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival.
