"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Great location, waking distance from the train station but in Venice there are steps everywhere and it is not a suitcase friendly city!!! The room had a beautiful view of the channel. The breakfasts were great and worth the $16 EU pp. Depending on your room, there may not be elevator access all the way up. Ours needed stairs and elevator to get to the room. Employees are very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Thank you Stefano at the desk and the Egyptian man who helped us with our suitcases...
