"Location was good. Even though it was on a busy intersection, room was quiet when ac was on. But ac was very noisy. We could also hear people walking in room above us (sounded like they had heavy boots on as they were stomping across the floor). Shower was not as clean as it should have been. Shampoo dispenser was empty. When tv didn’t work, staff member on phone was not helpful and had a bad attitude. Breakfast food area was not kept clean even though it was not busy.
