"We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. The house is in a quiet road and has plenty of shopping/dining options around it (driving). Communication with the...

"The neighborhood is a little dicy but we didn’t feel like we were in danger. It’s just kind of run down. The house was clean. Spacious. There are two queen beds and a twin not the queen and a full as described. Maybe they were confused because there was a full size headboard for one of the queens. 25 minutes from the Log Cabin where we had a wedding. Would have been nice if the code had been changed so my daughter could have gotten in with no hassle….oh well. All in all- not a bad experience. "

"This house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were in town for a graduation, and it was so nice to have a place to relax between events. Unfortunately it rained like crazy, so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but it looked like a great spot on a nice summer evening!"

"Very clean, nice neighborhood, newer appliances (kitchen not as well stocked, and no grill- just fyi- but if you don’t plan to cook that’s no issue). Easy trip to downtown and local universities. Owner easy to contact and quick to respond. We had a very nice stay."
