  • Hi, we are using Homeaway/VRBO for renters who love the slopes, the outdoors and places like Okemo. We are always open to compromise, specially in order to establish good relations with renters. We only rent to responsible families who are willing to treat this home as it if were their own (or better 😉).

    Why is this home perfect for this traveling with kids?
    1st- flexible check in and out. (and prices)
    2nd- Proximity to town (we know how hard it is to move around with kids).
    3rd- Proximity to OKEMO!! (1.8 miles away)
    4rd- spacious home with extra play room in the basement.
    5th- Safe space, with front lawn where you can monitor the kids while they play outside.
    6th- Walking distance to the shuttle (4 minute walk / 0.2 miles)
    7th- located on a private road, off a side street, but close enough to town for a quick run to the supermarket.

    OUR HOME HAS QUICK ACCESS TO THE V.A.S.T. AND THE SHUTTLE TO OKEMO AS WELL AS TO MULTIPLE TRAILS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

    As it stands, rent for 6 days, get the 7th free, rent for 3 weeks; get the 4th week free, just submit for the entire time because it is already calculated (NOT including ski season: Thanksgiving to End of March).

    Although Okemo is just seconds away, still enjoy skiing and snow boarding at killington, pico mountain, magic, bromley and stratton with great dining and shopping in Manchester and Ruthland just a short drive away. Golf is just down the road.

The property was amazing, and the location was perfect! You’re close enough to town and other amenities, but once you arrive, it feels like you’re tucked away in the woods with plenty of privacy.The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids had a great time exploring and enjoying the outdoor space. The fire pit was a highlight for us—we loved making s’mores, and it was a nice bonus that firewood was provided.We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book this property again!

Close drive to Town. I would suggest this as a location for a man group. I believe it needs a feminine touch for some nice decor and to remove cobwebs, possibly a new paint job to cover marks on walls. We were not informed of the Brown water, we bought our own bottled water at the store.

This house is great, so much space to relax after a day on the hill! The location is prime, close to town and the mountain. Place was clean and everything was as stated. Will be back!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Sergio was great to work with both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Great location for our family of 4 and our black lab. Can’t wait to go back!

Okemo with no kids

Great location close to town, yet on a low traffic road. Nice clean property. The deck was great as an area to relax outside. Enjoyed my stay!

We enjoyed our stay overall, the home was comfortable, clean, but not exactly as described. However, we unfortunately felt that we were treated unfairly after our stay, which left us feeling discriminated against. We hope this feedback helps ensure a more welcoming experience for all future guests.

Cozy Ski House

Comfortable house and great location for a weekend at Okemo with the family. It was arctic weather (4 degrees) so we were grateful for the wood burning stove and well heated house. Enjoyed our time there.

Clean and comfortable

The property is located in a nice setting and close to town and Okemo. It has 3 bedroom's with double beds, 2 full bathrooms, ample seating and a large dining room table! It was exactly what we wanted for a 3 night stay!

The house was a great place to stay to go skiing @ Okemo. The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked . The house was very clean & Sergio responded to a discovery that I brought to his attention in the house. We enjoyed having our meals at the dining area table and not having to leave to go out to dinner. It snowed one of the days of our stay and the plow service came in the afternoon and did a great job plowing the driveway. If you are going to Okemo to ski the house is a place to stay with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The temperature was very cold outside but the house was warm & cozy.
