Perfect Okemo Ski Location! Winterplace 3 Bedroom Condo- Short Walk to Slopes!

Welcome to our three Bedroom first floor condo at Winterplace in the O building! While we wish we could get up to Okemo to ski every weekend with our three boys, it isn't always possible. We hope you can take advantage of the condo and the mountain when we can't. Winterplace's mid-mountain location makes for the ideal family ski trip. The condo is an easy 150 yard walk across the parking lot to the A&B quads and a short ski down to the Sunburst 6 high speed bubble chair for a warm ride to the summit. Winterplace is also located right below Okemo's world class halfpipe, terrain park, and a Waffle Cabin, which the kids love!

The large comfy living room has a flat screen TV above the wood burning fireplace with unlimited firewood. There are boardgames, books, movies, a record player, and more for your enjoyment as well. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make an incredible meal including an oven with a four gas burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and Keurig, and more.

The condo has three nice sized bedrooms. Bedroom #1, the front room, has a Queen bed with memory gel foam mattress pad. The Queen room shares a full bathroom with Bedroom #2 which is in the middle of the unit and has two sets of bunk beds to sleep four. Perfect for the kids! Bedroom #3 is the King Bedroom and has a very comfortable King size bed and an attached full bathroom. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space and dressers for your ski clothes. All bedrooms have flatscreen tv’s with Roku.

We provide all towels and linens for your use.

The condo has two unassigned parking spaces for your stay. You'll also have your own ski locker outside of the condo to stash your skis and snowboards.

Lovely space for 5 people. Easy access to slope. Kitched was very well appointed. Bedding and towels were perfect. Ski locker was easy and on the way to the slope. Nice pool and hot tubs too!

Wonderful condo with perfect accommodations and amenities. Great location to the mountain for ski and ski out. Owner was communicative and accurate with his property details, condo was cozy and clean. Would stay here again.

Very clean, super comfortable, and very well stocked. Seamless check-in and great communication throughout. Terrific wifi with five of us working the first day. Delighted with our experience and would happily stay here again.

Okemo ski trip

We had a fantastic stay! This condo was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. 8 of us fit comfortably with just a short walk to the ski trails. Our kids loved having access to the pool as well. Would stay again.

Great location for family stay

It’s a great family stay place close to the ski trail. We love the place because it’s comfy, and only a short walk to the ski trail. It saved us time for finding parking spot, walking to the lift, and we can take a break during the day and go back to ski.

Really enjoyed our stay at Okemo- both the mountain and this condo- very comfortable and well appointed. The clubhouse pool and hottubs and the woodburning fireplaces and ski lockers were nice cecfeatures in rhis complex.Light have sooiled the grandkids with the ski in and iut, but we'll deal with that next year...

Great Autumn Getaway

The apartment is lovely, perfectly furnished, very clean, beds are very comfortable! Really loved our stay. It is at "street" level (ie lower floor of a townhome or chalet-type building) but it was still lovely. Pretty view of trees thru the LR window.

Lovely ski rental

Even better than the photos! The owner is kind and helpful. The ski in/out was wonderful. They had paper products, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent, which was very helpful. We would rent again.

Great stay at Winterplace!

This is a wonderful condo! We have stayed at many others in the complex and this one was comfortable, clean, and looks like it was painted recently. The property manager was amazing with check in/out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! Each room had a TV! We would definitely return!!!!

Perfect ski retreat

The host was very easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived until we left. Awesome location just a short walk to the slopes at mid mountain. You can ski right down to the main lodge or a short ski down to another lift to head higher up. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed from towels to kitchen supplies.

Okemo ski condo

The condo is very clean, modern, spacious and had ample necessities throughout. Checkin instructions were clear and simple. It's an easy short walk to the trail. We warmed up to a roaring fire each night while laughing and playing games on the dining table. Bob thought of it all to make sure my family had an amazing ski vacation at Okemo.

Perfect for our stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay. We had everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals. It was a short walk to the slope. Being that we were unfamiliar with Roku, that presented a challenge for us in trying to navigate the TVs but we managed. Our host was great and quickly responded to any questions we posed. He made us feel very welcome!

Superb ski condo rental!

We had a wonderful time at this rental for a two-family ski vacation. The location is superb - a walk to the top of A&B quads that is less than what you would typically expect in a ski area parking lot. There was enough space to fit our party of 8 comfortably (4 adults, 4 kids) and allow everyone to have different apres-ski activities. The pool was great for the kids, though you have to buy passes at the office ($5/person). The beds were very comfortable, there are tons of drawers and hooks to organize all your ski gear, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans you would want. One drawback is that it gets hot in the kids room - bring short sleeve jammies! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place great location

This place was excellent and the hosts were great. College-aged kids slept in the bunkroom with no problem. Very clean. Short walk across the parking lot to get to the slopes - very convenient. Will definitely be staying there again.

Wonderful clean unit! Host is very accommodating and super responsive! Will be staying again!

Overall location is great. Short walk to the ski slope for skiing down to clock tower base. Bob was extremely responsive with my many questions. Although it’s not brand new the Unit is very clean. Plenty of storage at entry time organize ski stuff. Every room has TVs…even the bunk room which my boys thought was awesome. Kitchen Is well stocked with essentials to prepare meals. Two coffee machines including drip and kcup. Washer and dryer came in handy. Bob also had a pack and play so I didn’t have to carry one for the baby! We can’t wait to go back and stay again!
