Welcome to Blue Dunes, in the heart of Ludington! This beautifully updated property has just completed a full remodel and this will be the first season it's listed. It boasts 3 stylish bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms over roughly 2500 sq ft. Centrally located just a short walk (about 5 min) from either downtown or the beach, you'll have easy access to everything Ludington has to offer. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the convenience of city life and the beauty of the beach just steps away.

This is a lovely home and very conveniently located for the places we wanted to visit in the area. Plenty of parking, off and on the street. Comfortable living quarters. Kitchen was well stocked. Communications were easy and quickly answered.

I would highly recommend this place. The house was immaculate, the host was easy to reach and quick to respond. The house was comfortable like being at home! The location was close to downtown (a walkable distance) and the lake. I would rent from this host again!!!

Rey enjoyable time. Owner/operator was VERY responsive to any questions or concerns. Nice walk to get to the Main Street - 20 minutes or less. Kitchen was/is main feature for us. Plenty of room to cook for a large group. Would stay again. We were there for salmon fishing, which was beyond compare (not affiliated with the property owner).

Beautiful home. Everything was clean, updated and even toiletries in the 3 bathrooms. It was a nice suprise to find bikes in the garage along with air pumps! Nice location as we were able to ride our bike all over town. We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. It was very clean and well supplied with towels and supplies, even keurig cups! There was plenty of room to be together or have alone time. It was an easy walk to town and if the weather had been warmer to the beach. Jason is very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Great Space!

Large house, 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on main level hard to come by! Location close to downtown, beach and of course the state park not far. Host was responsive, we’ll definitely return!

Luxury in Ludington

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Dune Cottage. The home is beautiful and the attention to detail for making the stay amazing for renters is notable throughout the house. I was working at the hospital for the weekend and the close proximity made for an easy commute. Will stay again if ever in Ludington.

Love this house

Great house, perfect location, has everything you would need. Lots of cute touches and details. Love the binder with menus and what to do each month, very nice. The floors could use a good mop and the tubs and one toilet wasn’t very, but it was pretty good for the most part. Nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Very nice host.

Excellent experience!

One of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Super clean and great communication with owner. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night there! We will definitely come back for a longer stay and enjoy the house and Ludington more!

Relaxing family vacation

The stay was wonderful, neighborhood was family friendly and very quiet. Property was excellent for a group of six could’ve brought two more and house still would’ve been spacious enough. Photos don’t do justice to the quality of the interior of the home. Would highly recommend for family vacations.

Perfect property!

This house is incredible. It's close to the beach and downtown areas. The house has an open floor plan with a great kitchen, 3 amazing bathrooms and bedrooms. We came into town for my sister's funeral and it was really important to us to have a place where my family could come and go and be together throughout the weekend. The owner, Jason, was very responsive. Can't say enough great things about this property.

Amazing stay

The stay was amazing. The house and property are ultra inviting. The home offered so much space to relax....and with bikes in the garage, exploring the neighborhood and beach are made easy. I give this place 10 ⭐'s and look forward to visiting Ludington and the property again!
