Welcome to our stunning Mid-Century Modern Cottage, located just a half mile away from the beautiful Stearns beach in Ludington! This spacious and stylish house is perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a beach getaway.

The cottage is also conveniently located near many local attractions. Just a mile and a half away, you'll find the newly built Stix bar, where you can enjoy delicious cocktails and appetizers, go bowling and enjoy live music outdoors.

By far my favorite place we have stayed! Very clean, perfect location and game room was perfect for our adult kids as well. Host was very responsive and very respectful! If I get the chance to stay here again we will be!

Great location, very cool vibe in the house and plenty of room for 6 to spread out for sleeping. Kitchen was good for multiple cooks/food prep. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to Ludington State Park and downtown for restaurants.

The house was nicely remodeled, but lacks privacy by not having any window coverings. The rooms that did have curtains, they were see through. There is a pretty big window in the bathroom that is right next to the neighbors house. The shower is glass. The curtains do not block out the view, so the neighbors could see you showering if they wanted to. But other than that, it was a nice stay and beautiful home.

Amazing Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! The location couldn’t be better—close to the beach, state park and downtown. The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after the beach, and we appreciated all the little touches that made the stay feel so welcoming. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back!

Felt like our second home

Everything was as advertised. We had no trouble with anything and after a couple days the house just started feeling like our second home. The house has so much good light and the kitchen is fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

The home was beautiful and was plenty of space for our group of 11. The close proximity to the beach and downtown area was super convenient. The kids age 4, 9 and 12 loved the basement with the video games etc. They also enjoyed the round table and chairs which they called their “kid conference table” where they brainstormed a way to convince us we needed go get ice cream cones…again!The house is remodeled very nicely with modern updates but still a lot of original detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

It is a beautiful house with many extras. It was listed to have sleeping for 8. Actually I thought it listed to have 10. The bedding was hidden in the laundry room, which we were able to find. One adult was able to sleep on the couch. We found a way to sleep our 8 people but it was a little confusing. The home is definitely large enough to add a bunk bed for children.

Great modern functional house

What a nice wonderful house. A very unique, modern design that was perfect for a family of five. The interior is very cool, yet really functional. We rented for 3 days just to get away during the holidays and had a great time. The location is perfect, walking distance to the lake, 3 minutes to downtown with shops and great restaurants. We took day trips north and south to great Dunes state parks and great eating.

Great cottage

This adorable cottage was the perfect location for our family. We came to the area for a wedding. It was walking distance to the beach. Great restaurants. The home had 3 bedrooms. One shared bathroom upstairs. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a great game room with lots to do in the basement. Kitchen is a great size. Very clean and newly renovated. The owners were very responsive with any questions I had. We would definitely would stay again if we are in the area

Lots of space

This property met our needs well. My husband and I and two daughters and their families, 11 total stayed the week and our son’s family visited for some meals. Great open space both upstairs and down for people to spread out and enjoy different activities. Close to downtown and Stearns beach. Bicycles available. Only negative was hard floors and open areas above bedrooms allowed noise to travel. We took care of this by using fans at night to lessen the effect. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and property!

What a gem, great location with all the amenities for day trips to the beach or cruising around town. Really beautiful property with lots of space for activities and a great deck. Nice job with the renovations, loved the open concept and mid century charm. Great communication with host and team, looking forward to booking again for next year!

Nice place in a great location

Overall, it was a very nice, clean property in a great location. The only thing is that bedrooms on the first floor, kitchen, and living room have an architecture feature where the walls doing go all the way up the ceiling. Sound carries really well, so privacy doesn't really exist on the first floor. Morning people like me may struggle a bit. Other than that, it's a really great place.
