"This hotel was above and beyond. The room was extremely cool with color lighting features and super clean. The whole hotel is decorated in such a unique and creative manner which makes it different and more fun then other hotels in the area. The location is great and is walkable to many areas in downtown miami. Also, for the amount we paid which was cheaper then many hotels in the area, i felt like we got the best hotel around. "

"They need to improve check in, the room was not ready at 4p. I tried to check in at 12p and 4p, my room was not ready until 445p and others were waiting as well. Upon checking out they did not provide a receipt stated I would get it later after the room was cleaned. I still haven’t received a receipt. They also put a $500 additional hold with the total I paid. Valet is $75 and self parking is $69. There is not any other overnight parking close by. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. "

"We stayed over the Easter Weekend. The room/space was alot bigger than we expected. It was very well equipped and comfortable. We had an excellent and easy check in experience. The hotel's location is very good if you want to explore the downtown and plan to go to the Kayesa center. We would have liked to use the spa and exercise space, however we ran out of time. The shower curtain had the smell of dampness that lasted too long. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and would uss this Flow location...

"The staff were awesome and friendly. The accommodations were basic nothing extravagant. For the price of the stay, I would expect at least continental breakfast. 7-8 minute walking distance to Bayfront park and tons of shopping areas. Good variety of foods but pricy depending where you eat. Great location if traveling solo because surrounding area was safe due to police presence. Pool was small and only two elevators with room key access to operate. I appreciated daily cleaning with new towels...
