"We received a last minute room substitution at this property because we were overbooked at our chosen property. Courtyard room was very clean but you could hear every toilet flush all night long. There was also no free breakfast. You could purchase breakfast at their bistro starting at $15 per person. "

"Staff was wonderful. The place needs updating. The bed definitely needs replacing it was hard to sleep on. "

"The parking lot was full every night. The breakfast was good, but wasn’t getting replenished as fast as people were eating (we were there for a volleyball tournament). The floors in the public areas were wet from kids in/out the pool & no one to mop the floors or put out wet floor signs. Only one ice machine & it’s on the first floor. The room itself was nice & clean. Staff was really nice."

"The property is just ok. I'm confused by why it's rated so high. It wasn't worth the price I paid. The front desk was trashy. The room wasn't cleaned well, hair still in the shower, and things like that. The toilet seat was kind of falling off. It wasn't a bad stay it just wasn't better than a stay at much lower priced hotel. So, if its between this one and another that look similar I'd pick the other option."

"There were used towels in bathroom and toilet not flushed upon arrival. The desk clerk offered to move us. We declined. The shower drain was slow so we used those towels to soak up overflow from shower. The beds are getting older now and starting to creak. But the pillows are still the best!"

"Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend."

"We've arrived at the hotel for check in a little bit after 6pm. We were told our room is not ready, they have house keeping issues. We checked in, and went out to dinner, arrived back at around 9:50 pm, the guests line was out the door, and 1 attendant at front desk, I felt so bad for her, other guests was waiting for their rooms also. "
