"今回の滞在はとても満足できました。英語は通じませんでしたが、翻訳機を使って丁寧に対応してくださり、とても親切なサービスが印象的でした。深夜便での帰国だったため送迎バスの時間が合わなかったのですが、英語対応できるスタッフの方がタクシーの手配を手伝ってくれて大変助かりました。ホテルとディズニー間には無料の送迎があり、ディズニーから地下鉄もあったので移動もスムーズでした。朝食も美味しかったです。子供も気に入って「また泊まりたい」と言っています。次回、上海ディズニーに行く際にも必ず利用したいと思います。唯一、冷蔵庫があればさらに快適だったと思いますが、全体的にはとても良いホテルでした。"

"Clean hotel, Friendly staff, great breakfast options and they also have a robot deliverying food. Staff usually uses translation machines to communicate and there is also a shuttle service that they offer to go to the airport. Overall it's a great place to be near the airport. Going to the downtown area could take 1 - 1.5 hours depending on traffic."

"It is a really nice and cozy place if you are looking for a peaceful place without the city noise, it is your place! But the most amazing thing about it, is the attention and help from the staff, they are really nice and open to help you with anything you need!"

"Very good service, very close to Shanghai Disneyland, with free morning and evening shuttle buses provided. Breakfast was very plentiful, delicious and fresh, with a free laundry room, massage chairs, foot bath tubs, very thoughtful. The staff were very friendly, and the location was also very good. Travel was very convenient, and shopping outside was also convenient. It is worth recommending"
